Where we deliver to
If you love our products, we can get them to you no matter where you are in the
world. Shipping costs will vary for countries outside of Australia.

Can deliveries be made to a PO Box?
Yes, within Australia
deliveries can be made to a P.O Box with the help of Australia Post’s
notification card services which will re-direct you to the nearest post office
to collect your parcel. There you will need identification and a
signature upon retrieval of your goods. Once a notification card has been
left, it is then the responsibility of the customer to locate the parcel.
Please note: for urgent orders, we recommend that you provide an address where
someone can sign for the delivery during business hours as we can not use our
express service for P.O Boxes.
Delivery within Australia
($9.95 purchases under AUD$50/Free for purchases over AUD$50)
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however
all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If no one
is home, it is customary for Australia Post to leave a notification card with
details of the nearest Post Office who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks.
If you would like your package to be left
at an unattended delivery address without the delivery driver obtaining a
signature, please specify “permission to leave” in the comments section when
placing your order. Please note that we do not recommend doing this as no
responsibility is taken for lost deliveries if you choose to use this type of
service.
All deliveries within Australia
will arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on where you’re located.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours between Monday and Friday from
9:00am - 5:00pm AEST.
Delivery outside Australia
(from AUD$14.95)
We use DHL for all international parcel deliveries. All deliveries
outside Australia
will arrive EXPRESS within 2-5 working days. On rare occasions, some
deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive if they are held up in customs.
Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with
all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs
authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately
calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before
you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties,
foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Currency/Taxes/Duty
All prices listed are in Australia Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate
varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also
charge a small currency conversion fee. The final charge made to your
card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is
determined by your bank or credit provider.
All purchased delivered within Australia
include 10% GST.
Please note: to comply with Australian export regulations; we are
required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as
dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the
order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.
